Refund policy

Our promise

If you don't love it, you don't keep it. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is the wrong letter

Email us at willowandlanestore@gmail.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You don't need to send anything back.

If you simply changed your mind

Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send return instructions. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund in full, as long as the order hasn't shipped.
